The Forgotten Books Reading Corner

In harmony with the theme of ‘Ideal Reading Space’ of ‘Books under the Sun 2015’, the organiser has placed a selection of library books and audio-visual materials with low check-out rates in the ‘Reading Corner’ of the libraries in order to re-position the ‘forgotten books’ and foster interaction between people, books and space through space construction, creative categorisation, display, connection and introductory captions. The activity seeks to promote reading through spatial ambiance. Artists and designers from different fields are invited to take part in the orchestration of each ‘Reading Corner’.
